The SD-415SG steering block is an RC-scale replacement formed in graphite-molded material that mirrors the drift package knuckle shape. By cutting rotating mass versus heavier alloy parts, the graphite molding helps produce a sharper, more immediate steering input prized on drift setups while leaving suspension geometry intact.
Supplied as a direct-fit replacement for supported DRIFT PACKAGE chassis, the SD-415SG preserves kingpin holes and mounting points so servo travel, ackermann and existing tie-rod lengths remain compatible with common drift steering configurations. Compared with Trail 1 blocks, this graphite variant yields quicker steering reaction useful when tuning toe and steering throw for consistent initiation and controlled slides.
Fitting tips: remove the OEM left and right steering blocks and transfer the kingpin hardware and bearings if you intend to reuse them, then mount the SD-415SG using the original screws and spacers. Confirm kingpin spacer order and torque settings on steering link bolts at reassembly, and bench-check toe and steering play prior to track use.
