Rear Hub Carrier Set to 0 Degrees for Drift Tuning

The Yokomo SD-415R00A is a rear hub carrier created for DRIFT PACKAGE chassis to lock the rear toe at a neutral 0 degree setting. It replaces the factory rear hub carrier to alter rear wheel toe for drift setups and can be combined with other-angle carriers or toe blocks to explore different handling responses.

Designed for tuning purposes rather than structural change, the carrier installs into the stock rear hub location and uses existing mounts on supported DP-series chassis. For tuning method, fit the 0 degree carriers, run controlled tests to assess entry and mid-slide behavior, then iterate with different carriers or suspension tweaks to reach the desired slide feel.

Setting rear toe to 0 degrees tends to stabilise the rear under power and can produce a more predictable drift entry. Expect changes in initial bite and mid-corner rotation compared to toe-in setups.
Use the 0 degree carriers as a baseline, then try steeper toe-in carriers on test runs to compare slide onset and corner exit. Mix carriers or toe blocks to dial the tradeoff between grip and rotation.
Yes, rear toe influences how the car responds to throttle during a drift. The neutral 0 degree setting can make throttle transitions more linear, but final feel depends on tyres, suspension and diff setup.
