Aftermarket split upper deck for TRF421

Factory Pro supplies this split upper deck for the Tamiya TRF421 touring car chassis. The RC-scale replacement top plate is crafted from 2mm graphite and is intended to drop into the chassis stack as a direct-fit upgrade.

The medium split configuration lets tuners fine-tune local stiffness and fore-aft mass feel without altering the lower chassis pieces. Fitting the split deck changes flex characteristics and can be used in setup iterations to refine grip and handling balance at the track.

Fitment is best handled by builders familiar with kit work: remove the original upper deck, move over any spacers or mount hardware, and secure the split panels at the factory mounting points. Check that bulkheads are aligned and use consistent screw torque to avoid preloading the chassis.
