The JR-TT2B01-BK aluminium knuckle arm set is tailored to TAMIYA TT-02B and DF-02 chassis types. Machined aluminium construction and a black finish replace stock plastic knuckles to reduce flex where steering links and wheel hubs connect, delivering crisper input and more stable geometry under load.

Fitting is aimed at hobbyists with basic front-suspension experience. Remove the original knuckles, transfer wheel hub pins, e-clips, bearings and shims as necessary, then install the aluminium pieces. Verify steering rod alignment and ensure the linkage clears the new arms throughout suspension travel. Common hex drivers are all that is required.

For tuning, the stiffer knuckles make toe and camber adjustments more predictable and help maintain steering feel over repeated runs. Inspect all mating parts after initial track sessions and re-tighten hardware to check for any movement.
