Debris Guards for Shocks

This RC-scale front and rear shock cover set is supplied as 2prs and is intended to protect shock bodies from mud, grit and minor impact abrasion during typical off-road and trail use. The covers mount over the shock assembly to shield exposed shafts and seals while still allowing access for maintenance and tuning. The parts are for model use only.

Installation is generally quick: compress or remove the spring where required by your shock design, slide the cover over the shock body and then reassemble the spring and retainer. Always verify that there is adequate clearance for shaft travel and spring movement before operating, and avoid forcing covers onto incompatible shock units.

These covers are protective accessories and not performance tuners; they help keep contaminants out of the shock internals and can reduce maintenance frequency but will not change spring rates or damping. Inspect for damage after heavy use and replace if necessary to prevent interference with suspension travel.
