Red anodized slide rack and front bulkhead

This red anodized aluminum slide rack set functions as a front slide rack and integrated bulkhead designed to replace the original front rail on supported drift and touring platforms. Precision milling and a machined bulkhead reduce weight up front while keeping mounting points rigid.

When fitted to resin chassis layouts the increased front stiffness can lessen front-tyre hooking on corner entry, improving consistency in steering response. The forward-angled slide rack is built to produce an Ackermann characteristic that suits drifting, enabling more nuanced control of inside versus outside wheel angles during slides.

Installation is performed like most slide rack swaps: remove the stock front rail, position the new bulkhead onto the chassis mounting holes and secure with the original hardware. No extra components are normally required beyond items listed for the compatible chassis. After installation, fine-tune toe, steering throw and suspension to dial in handling.

Are any special tools required to fit the rack?
