This Yokomo YOKRP-083G front spring is an RC-scale coil spring developed for use in off-road front shock systems. Its green finish serves as a visual rate marker when you maintain multiple springs, and the part functions as a replacement or tuning element for front shock absorbers on off-road RC cars.

To fit the spring, follow common oil-shock procedures: remove the shock cap and the top retainer, replace the spring while retaining the original preload and spacing, then reassemble and inspect travel and end-stops. Observe routine shock maintenance to protect seals and keep shock oil clean when switching springs.
