Aluminium protection case for Savage tanks

This aluminium fuel tank protection case is an RC-scale accessory tailored for the HPI Savage line of nitro buggies and trucks. It encases the tank to reduce direct impact damage from rolls, rocks and chassis strikes while preserving the tank's plastic form and fitting points without changing plumbing or capacity.

Compatibility is restricted to the Savage models listed below. The unit is supplied as a single cover intended to mount with the existing tank fasteners and chassis attachment points; fitting generally needs the body shell to be removed and the original hex screws to be reused.

For tuning and setup, consider the case purely as protection. It raises impact resistance with minimal added external mass and will not materially affect suspension geometry or fuel flow during normal RC setup work.
