Overview of the compact 2-channel AM set

The Futaba 2ER_C1 delivers a simple 2-channel AM transmitter solution for entry-tier RC cars, boats and light aeroplanes. The bundle includes the two-stick transmitter, the R162JE BEC receiver and two S3003 servos to cover steering and throttle or elevator functions.

Fitting the kit is designed to be simple: secure the R162JE receiver inside the model and run the antenna straight, then insert the supplied crystals into the corresponding holders so both units use the same 27MHz frequency. The transmitter accepts four AA cells in a rear-mounted battery box for quick swaps during field use.

Trim and stick adjustments are accessible from the transmitter front panel, with servo reversing available to correct direction without replugging. SMT-built electronics keep the receiver and transmitter compact and dependable for casual hobby use.
