The Futaba FUSHORN-D Type-D small-circle horn is a 4-piece replacement set provided without screws, made for many standard Futaba servos. Its D6mm small-circle mounting is intended to interface with the common servo output spline used on Futaba-standard units, allowing straightforward adjustments to linkage geometry.

Installation notes: set the servo to neutral before fitting the horn, line up the D6mm hole with the servo spline or an adaptor, and fasten using a suitable screw or fastener (not provided). After installation, sweep the servo to verify smooth movement and correct linkage alignment; re-centre if necessary.

Tuning advice: horn length and profile directly affect mechanical advantage and control throw. Choosing the compact Type-D will reduce lever arm for faster input response but lower torque, while longer horns increase travel and force. Use the FUSHORN-D to fine-tune steering sensitivity and control surface movement according to your setup.
