FUSHORN-G horn kit summary

The Futaba FUSHORN-G kit supplies four Type-G large-circle servo horns for use on D6mm output shafts and does not include mounting screws. These components function as spare or replacement linkage hubs where a Type-G horn is required.

To install, align the horn over the servo spline so the large-circle opening seats properly, then secure with the original servo screw or an aftermarket fastener chosen to suit the application. Verify correct orientation and that the horn does not bind across its travel before applying final torque.

Because the large-circle mount alters leverage compared with smaller horns, expect modest changes to linkage geometry and effective throw. When fine-tuning steering or throttle response, set horn position near neutral and adjust endpoints on the transmitter to achieve the desired behaviour.
