Precision six-arm horn with D6mm spline

The Futaba FUSHORN-B Type-B six-arm horn provides several arm lengths so modelers can balance throw and torque without swapping servos. The D6mm spline is made to align with Futaba standard servo output shafts, giving a secure mechanical fit when installed correctly.

Included are 4 matching six-arm horns, sold without screws. Each arm position changes the effective lever, enabling rapid adjustments during setup. Select compatible screws and hardware sized to your servo to prevent stripping or deformation of the horn or spline.

To install: remove the existing horn screw, match the D6mm spline teeth to the servo output, centre the servo at neutral, then fit and tighten the screw (not included) while holding the horn steady. Re-check endpoints and transmitter trim before final use to avoid binding under load.

On tuning, longer arms increase travel but soften torque feel, while shorter arms reduce travel and boost apparent torque for finer control. The multi-arm design makes it easy to test different ratios between runs or on the bench.

Yes. A longer arm increases travel but reduces the force felt at the control surface, while a shorter arm limits travel and makes the servo feel stronger. Choose arm length based on desired control precision versus range.
Yes. The multi-arm layout lets you change effective gearing quickly. Always set the servo to neutral and verify transmitter trims after swapping to ensure no binding occurs.
