Front tower description

Designed as a replacement for the Kyosho FW05RR, this front shock tower is supplied under part number FW05-RR005-GT/A. The graphite plate forms the front suspension mounting area and retains the original FW05RR screw points for a direct-style swap.

Installation follows familiar steps for 1/10 on-road models: remove the shell and front shocks, unfasten the factory tower, then install the graphite unit using the original hardware. Typical installs do not require chassis modification.

As an upgrade for tuning, the graphite surface is less prone to flex compared with many injection-moulded towers, which supports more consistent camber and toe settings under load. It is useful when refining front traction or experimenting with different shock positions on carpet and sealed surfaces.
