This 2-piece steering link set is an aftermarket option for the Tamiya GF01 platform, featuring spring steel tie rods combined with an attached servo horn to replace stock plastic linkages. It is intended to improve steering rigidity and cut down on thread wear under normal hobby use.

Installation follows standard GF01 procedures: remove the original links, mount the steel tie rods to the knuckles and servo output, then secure with the original or supplied hardware if compatible. Check alignment with the car on its wheels and steering centred before final tightening to prevent binding.

In practical tuning terms the part gives a firmer steering feel and reduces play between servo and knuckles; after fitting, fine tune toe and recalibrate servo endpoints rather than modifying linkage geometry unless you want to alter steering response.
