Heat sink motor mount plate

This aftermarket motor mount plate is made for TRAXXAS 4WD GT4 TEC 2.0 and supplied as a 3-piece set. Fabricated from 6061 T6 aluminium, the design uses heat sink fins to aid heat dispersion around the motor and adds structural stability to the motor mounting area for track and hobby use.

Practical information: for RC use only, the plate improves motor stability and assists cooling through the fins while fitting the stock mounting footprint. The package includes stainless steel flat head screws 3x10, 2 pcs for installation needs.

Installation notes: designed for the original 70T spur gear layout with four mounting hole positions labelled A-D. Follow the pinion recommendations below when selecting gearing:

  • From A to A: fit a 20T pinion.
  • From B to B: fit a 21T pinion.
  • From C to C: fit a 22T pinion.
  • From D to D: fit a 23T pinion.
