Lower arm upgrade for better shock setup

These aluminium lower arms are an RC-scale replacement part designed for the TRAXXAS 1/10 4WD MAXX with WideMaxx arrangement. They secure the c-hubs and lower shock mounts to provide a firmer attachment point, helping keep damper angles consistent across runs. The intention is improved repeatability rather than changing basic suspension geometry.

Built from 6061-T6 aluminium, the arms are stiffer than stock components while keeping mass controlled. Delrin pivot collars reduce lateral play and concentrate shear loads on the metal pivot pins. Rear-specific white Delrin shims are supplied where factory clearances are larger. The mounting method uses a locating pin and short screw to reduce the chance of stripped inserts during maintenance. Multiple shock mounting positions permit fine tuning of shock leverage and ride height.

Assembly advice: install the supplied stainless pins and washers, ensure each Delrin collar is seated correctly before final tightening, and use the rear shims only when a gap exists. Confirm damper hole positions to keep the intended suspension behaviour.
