This precision aftermarket adapter converts the SLASH 4X4 LOW-CG drivetrain into a locked-spur direct-drive setup. Fabricated from 7075 aluminium with a hollow design, it lowers rotational inertia while securing the supplied steel 32 pitch 56T spur and 17T motor gear. The adapter eliminates differential action so torque is directly transmitted to the driven wheels, a preferred arrangement for straight-line performance tuning on 1/10 models.

Fitting requires gearbox access: remove the stock adapter, mount the hollow 7075 adapter to the shaft, fit the 56T spur and align the 17T motor gear, then fasten using the supplied shaft screw and lock nut. After assembly, verify gear mesh, check for endplay and confirm bearing preload for reliable operation.
