This aftermarket brass front and rear gearbox cover is made for the TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler platform. It serves as a scale-strength upgrade for the axle housing, intended to improve rigidity and differential stability on challenging trails.

Manufacturer notes include an oil filler hole for easier servicing, CNC-calibre tolerances to support precise differential alignment, and a measured mass of 76g that contributes predictable weight to the axle. The package also supplies stainless steel cap head screws 2.5x14, 4pcs for mounting.

Installation and tuning role: these covers replace the original axle housing caps on compatible TRX4 axle cases and act as hardpoints to limit deformation under load, helping to keep gear mesh consistent and protect differential function during technical crawling. This part is for 1:10 RC scale use only.
