Mounting and tuning benefits for GT1 chassis

This GT1-32 battery holder set provides a secure mount for the battery pack on Yokomo GT1-01 family chassis, delivering a repeatable mounting reference so pack placement and orientation stay uniform across setup changes.

Fitment aligns to the chassis' factory battery tray mounting points and attaches with the original fixing locations, avoiding any need to alter the chassis. The kit can replace or supplement the stock battery retention components for the listed GT1 variants.

Using a dedicated holder stabilises battery position run after run, which helps make mass distribution and centre-of-gravity adjustments more consistent when experimenting with different battery types.

Will the holder work with lower profile competition packs?

Low profile packs designed for GT1 trays will fit without issue. If a pack has an unusual shape or mounting tabs that sit outside the tray footprint, confirm fit before fitting.

Is any trimming required to install the holder?

No trimming is required. The holder is designed to fasten to the existing battery tray points so you can install it without changing the chassis structure.
