Flat 3mm CNC Chassis for GTXE Platforms

The XRAY 351141 GTEX aluminium chassis is a replacement plate milled from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, supplied in a flat 3mm profile without the traditional front kick-up. That flatter geometry lowers the centre of gravity and helps produce a steadier platform for precision road circuits.

Precision CNC work maintains predictable flex by slimming non-critical areas and reinforcing load paths. Weight-saving pockets are incorporated where possible while keeping stiffness in structural regions, and the machined features direct airflow around the electronics bay for improved thermal performance.

As a tuning element for the GTXE 2027 platform, this chassis will alter baseline roll and reduce chassis ride height relative to suspension pick-ups. Rebalancing with suspension and weight distribution changes is recommended to reach the handling balance you want.
