Bench spindle balancer for rotor blades

The Hirobo XRB blade balancer is a workshop accessory for checking static balance on RC helicopter rotor blades. It helps uncover heavy spots across the blade span so pilots can perform minimal weight or trimming adjustments that lower vibration and enhance response during hover and gentle manoeuvres.

The unit operates as a simple bench instrument: mount the blade on the spindle with the root supported and allow it to rotate and settle. By noting which side drops and applying slight counterweights or shaving tiny amounts of material, you can return the blade to neutral. The balancer is diagnostic and tuning-oriented and does not change the blade profile.

Set the tool on a level surface, support the blade root, let it settle, then adjust and recheck until balanced. Avoid flexing the blade while testing and handle protective edges carefully to prevent damage.
