Axial support bearing for RC rotors

This product is an RC-compatible thrust bearing supplied as two pieces for helicopter general parts. The HI2500096 provides axial load support where compact thrust bearings are needed in rotor or driven assemblies.

Application notes: the bearing controls axial movement to maintain consistent positioning of rotating parts, an important factor when adjusting swashplates and tail link geometry. It is intended for model helicopter maintenance and replacement and not for full-scale equipment.

Fitting tips:

• Clean mating surfaces and housing bores thoroughly and remove any old grease or debris before pressing in the bearing.
• Use a straight, controlled press to seat the bearing; side-loading during installation can lead to brinelling.
• Light lubrication is acceptable if the system design allows it; avoid excess grease that will impede free spin.
• Recheck axial clearance after seating and confirm retaining screws or clips are torqued to spec to prevent binding.
