Shims and spacers for tuning rotor endplay

Five uniform 10 x 14 x 1T flat washers are supplied in this Hirobo pack for use in general helicopter parts where thin shims are required. They function as low-cost spacers to set axial clearances, reduce direct contact between metal surfaces, and spread fastening loads on small components.

Practical fitting: match the washer hole to the fastener, seat each washer squarely, and avoid over-tightening which can reduce thickness and change the intended clearance. When tuning, add washers one at a time and test rotor freedom and gear engagement after each change.

Tuning notes: use these pcs to dial in rotor spacing, remove slight endplay, or align gearbox faces without replacing major parts. The multiple washers in the pack make it easy to experiment with small thickness increments during setup sessions.
