This front shock tower is an aftermarket replacement for HPI Baja series vehicles designed to take the place of the factory plastic tower. Machined from aluminium alloy, it provides a firmer mounting surface for front shocks than stock plastic.
Functionally the tower secures the upper shock eyelets and contributes to suspension geometry and preload response. The stiffer mount can reduce flex at the shock tops and help maintain consistent damper angles during hard use on rough tracks.
Installation is generally straightforward on chassis that use the same shock top bolt pattern. The tower usually installs with the existing fasteners; verify hole alignment, thread engagement and steering clearances before final tightening.
Fit this tower to replace a broken unit or when you need a more rigid shock-top mount for front-end tuning on HPI Baja RCs.
