Front-end reinforcement for HPI Bullet chassis

The BUL-18004-OR front chassis brace is an alloy reinforcement crafted to replace the stock front brace on HPI Bullet models. Its purpose is to boost front-end stiffness and cut flex where the suspension mounts to the chassis, delivering crisper steering behaviour while keeping suspension pickup points unchanged.

This product is aimed at HPI Bullet 3.0 MT and ST nitro variants; confirm your exact Bullet chassis before ordering. The orange anodised alloy construction yields a stable, compact brace that lines up with the existing mounting locations around the front bulkhead and shock tower.

Installation is simple for those familiar with front-end maintenance: remove the factory brace, fit the alloy brace to the factory holes, and secure with the original hardware for direct fitment. Expect no relocation of servo, ESC, or powerplant since the unit focuses on structural stiffness rather than drivetrain configuration.

As a tuning tool, this brace adjusts chassis stiffness rather than suspension geometry: fit it to achieve firmer turn-in or less flex under load, and combine it with anti-roll bar and shock valving changes when refining lap-time performance.

By increasing front-end stiffness, the brace tightens turn-in and reduces chassis flex under braking, which can make steering more immediate on high-speed and technical sections.
You may need to soften or stiffen anti-roll bar settings depending on whether the car becomes over- or understeery; use small steps to retune balance.
The brace changes the chassis stiffness envelope, so shock valving and spring rates might need minor adjustment to restore the desired ride and damping characteristics.
