The HSA-021 aluminum fuel tank protection case is designed for HPI Savage 21, Savage 25 and Savage X nitro RC trucks and offers a rigid barrier around the tank to reduce impact damage from off-road hazards. The construction emphasises protection while keeping service access straightforward.

This accessory is compatible only with the listed Savage variants and does not modify the fuel system. It is intended to sit around the tank area and tie into the chassis using the stock attachment points for secure mounting.

Installation is aimed at experienced hobbyists and is carried out by aligning the case over the tank area and securing it with the vehicle's existing hardware. Perform a trial fit to confirm there is no interference with the exhaust port or throttle linkages before final assembly.

Because the aluminium panel alters local mass and stiffness, you may notice a small change in handling. After fitting, check ride height and shock damping and adjust setup settings to maintain the truck's balance under load.
