These alloy front and rear body post mounts are a direct-fit replacement for HPI Savage and Savage X chassis. Each mount pairs an aluminium post with a captive spring and E-clips so the body remains fixed in place while still allowing quick ride height and tension adjustments during setup sessions.

Fitting is straightforward on Savage frames that take removable posts: the mount locates into the existing post hole and secures via the supplied E-clips, with the spring providing vertical preload to minimise shell bounce. The alloy construction increases stiffness over stock plastic posts and helps the body hold position over rough ground without changing suspension geometry.

As a chassis-level accessory, these mounts influence how the body connects to the frame rather than suspension tuning.
