Fast Air Extraction For Oil-Filled Shocks

The HUDY 104002 AIR VAC is aimed at RC enthusiasts who service on-road 1/8, 1/10 and 1/12 models. Using this electric vacuum pump removes trapped air from shocks and differentials, helping to stabilise handling and extend component life.

Engineered Aluminium Base And Accessories

Featuring a CNC-machined aluminium base, the HUDY AIR VAC offers a solid platform and long service life. It includes removable stands for shocks and diffs and a see-through plastic cover to keep an eye on the operation. It is also useful for drawing tyre additives into foam tyres where needed.

Multiple Power Options And Portable Case

The device accepts a 12V power supply or a 7.2V battery (not included) and is fitted with a capable vacuum pump. Supplied items include shock and differential holders plus a 600mm cable with gold-plated banana plugs. Everything is stored in a sturdy hard case for safe transport.

Does the AIR VAC work with differential oil?

Yes, you can use it to remove air from differentials as well as shock bodies, provided you secure the diff in the supplied holder.

What connectors come with the cable?

The connecting lead is 600mm long and fitted with gold-plated banana plugs for reliable electrical contact with common power supplies.

How should I store the unit between uses?

Keep the pump and accessories in the supplied hard case, store in a dry place and clean any oil residue from holders after each use to prevent build up.

Are replacement stands available?

Replacement or alternative holders may be available from parts suppliers; check compatibility with the original mounting dimensions before ordering.
