Those after firmer steering inputs will find the HUDY 293493 aluminium servo horn a valuable add-on. CNC machined to reduce deflection, it helps transmit servo motion more accurately on 1/10 and 1/8 on-road nitro platforms.

Design Notes and Fitment

The horn is drilled and tapped to accept 3mm linkage hardware and provides two mounting holes for easy adjustment of linkage angle. It is primarily matched to Futaba servos, with the V2 version accommodating newer Futaba units that use brushless motors. Savox servos remain incompatible.

Will this horn clear a Futaba servo with a brushless motor?

Yes, the V2 geometry was updated to clear brushless motor housings on supported Futaba servos.

Can I fit this to non Futaba servos?

Compatibility is focused on Futaba patterns; many other brands will not match the bolt layout, so check fitment before fitting.

What linkage size should I use?

Use standard 3mm linkage hardware with M3 screws to secure the horn; the tapped holes are sized for these components.
