For 1/10 off-road racing, the right tyre can change how your car hooks up out of corners. The HUDY 816303D-S soft compound rear tyres are specified for rear-wheel use on 2WD and 4WD machines to increase traction on loose dirt.

The HUDY 816303D-S compound offers enhanced surface grip on dusty tracks, helping reduce slides and improving throttle control. This is especially useful when exiting turns or powering over rutted sections.

Engineered for rear fitment, these tyres suit many 1/10 off-road rim standards and provide a reliable balance between grip and service life for club and track sessions.

Simple Installation Tips

  • Wipe rims clean and remove any residue before mounting the tyres.
  • Apply tyre glue evenly around the bead and press the tyre onto the rim until it seats fully.
  • Monitor tread wear after each outing and replace when cornering performance falls off.
Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some HUDY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 8-12 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
On high-grip surfaces the soft compound may be too aggressive and wear quickly. A harder compound is usually better for tracks with lots of grip.
Minor trimming of the shoulder can fine-tune steering balance, but trim conservatively and test between changes to avoid uneven wear.
Balancing is not mandatory for casual use, but it helps at higher speeds and reduces vibration when used on smoother circuits.
