Stiff replacement shell tailored for MP11 chassis

This precut, unpainted hard body set is intended for the Inferno MP11 1/8 off-road buggy and is catalogued as Kyosho part IFB028H. It is supplied without decoration so modelers can spray and detail the shell to match their preferences.

As a like-for-like replacement body, the focus is on practical fit and setup rather than finished aesthetics. The hard classification indicates a stiffer material choice compared with softer shells, which can alter how forces and airflow interact with the chassis under off-road conditions. It is meant for model-scale use and to support chassis tuning efforts.

Fitting follows the usual MP11 routine: remove the damaged shell, place the precut body over the stock mounting posts, ensure the holes line up with the MP11 posts, then secure using standard clips. Only minor trimming for wheel clearance or accessories should be required on a correctly configured chassis; always test-fit before final finishing.

Compatibility: Manufactured to fit the Kyosho Inferno MP11 and intended as a direct replacement body set.

Ideal for replacing a worn shell, testing a firmer body for handling changes, or creating a custom-painted finish from an undecorated base.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Place the shell over the chassis and visually check each post location. If any hole is off, mark and trim carefully with a hobby knife to ensure even seating before clipping in place.
Harder plastics may hold mold-release residue; clean the surface with a suitable solvent and consider a light adhesion promoter or primer for best paint results.
A stiffer shell can affect chassis feedback; you may need to soften shocks or adjust spring rates slightly to regain the previous balance after switching bodies.
Most MP11 builds will fit without major cutting, but check clearance around tall servos or cooling ducts and trim minimally where required before painting.
