The Italeri 1/48 F-84F Thunderstreak represents a landmark 1950s jet fighter with clear-scale detailing. In service the type used the Wright J-65 engine and a swept-wing planform, serving the USAF and allied NATO units; Italy operated close to 200 aircraft, with some assigned to the 6th Wing at Ghedi that flew as the Diavoli Rossi team.
This kit allows modellers to recreate the vivid "Red Devils" paintwork, including red wing panels and the devil emblem with trident. The Diavoli Rossi legacy continued until 1959, and this kit highlights the styling and structure common to mid-century military jets.
