Italeri made 1/35 38CM RW61 aus Sturmmorser Tiger (6573) Tanks Military Series assembly kit

During World War II the German Army must fight frequently fortified functions or metropolitan protection facilities. As a consequence of tactical explanation - the troops have been at brief distance towards the enemy lines - artillery and atmosphere help could not be engaged. This led to the development of “Sturm” - kind of the “Tiger” heavy tank (Italeri N. 6471). On heavy-duty chassis the efficient and unique 38 cm mortar had been set up, which had a short range but enormous fire power. Only few products linked to the Sturmtiger had been built and had been mainly used in 1944 in Western Front.
