No. The aluminium upper case replaces only the housing and does not modify the spline or output shaft. Your existing servo horns and linkages should remain compatible.

Is the aluminium case suitable for dusty or wet environments?

The aluminium shell improves mechanical protection, but it does not make the servo fully waterproof. For wet or muddy conditions consider additional sealing or a purpose rated waterproof servo if needed.

Any maintenance advice after fitting the case?
