Mini-Z Overland Designed for Custom Builds

The Kyosho O-30280 MINI-Z OVERLAND brings a flexible 1/28 chassis to hobbyists who enjoy custom bodywork and setup. Based on the MV-01, it is an electric cross-country platform engineered for adaptable handling and clean ASF 2.4GHz radio operation.

Key Drive and Steering Components

This chassis features a FET amplifier speed controller with integrated braking and reverse plus an upgraded FET steering servo for tighter steering feel. The inclusion of an I.C.S. terminal allows fine adjustments to ESC drive frequency and steering behaviour via PC connection.

Body Fitment and Wheelbase Options

Four selectable wheelbase positions permit a wide array of body styles to be mounted, from compact off-road rigs to retro SUV looks. That flexibility simplifies body selection and helps you dial in handling for different running conditions.

Basic RC toolset is sufficient: small hex drivers, needle nose pliers and a hobby knife. A setup stand helps for alignment and initial trimming of the body.

Yes. The I.C.S. terminal lets you change steering characteristics via PC software, and your transmitter trim and expo can also refine sensitivity.

Will it handle carpet and indoor surfaces?

The MINI-Z format is ideal for indoor carpet and smooth surfaces; choose tyres with the right compound for the grip level you need.

Is the drivetrain durable for club racing?
