The Kyosho 32799 MINI-Z MR-03EVO Chassis Set 8500KV brings a focused, tuneable 1/28 platform to the MINI-Z lineup since its December 2018 release. Its separate receiver board lets you fit the radio you prefer, and the included 8500KV brushless motor gives lively acceleration for short circuit layouts.

Receiver compatibility and motor choices

The MR-03EVO accepts several receiver types like RA-40 through RA-43 and works with transmitters such as EX-6R, KT-531P, Futaba T7PX, and Flysky Noble NB4. For alternate feel you can fit a brushed motor, sold separately, to change torque and throttle response.

Built for consistent lap performance

Performance is improved by separating ESC and receiver CPUs to reduce input lag and improve steering fidelity. The use of full ball bearings lowers friction and the Ball Diff Set II trims rotating mass, helping the car hold consistent lines through a variety of corners.
