Service and Replacement Notes

Swap in the Kyosho BRG008 pair when you notice roughness or play in rotating parts. Regular inspection and light relubrication will keep bearings spinning smoothly and help protect adjoining components.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
If the wheel assembly calls for 12x18x4mm bearings then these are a direct replacement. Confirm inner bore and outer housing dimensions before installing.
Use a light bearing oil or thin grease made for RC use. Too much heavy grease can increase drag, so apply sparingly for best results.
Remove shields only if you have experience. For routine cleaning, wipe the outside, spin with a solvent if necessary, then dry and relube with light oil.
Fully sealed bearings offer better protection against water and grit but can be harder to service. Shielded bearings like these balance protection and serviceability for many RC uses.
They perform well at typical hobby RPM ranges. For extreme high RPM applications consider bearings specified for higher speeds and loads.
