Fitment and mounting guidance

Confirm adapter fit prior to tyre gluing. For soft tyres, seat the bead evenly and use minimal adhesive. Front drift wheels are forgiving on balance compared with driven rear wheels, but a spin check will detect any runout. Mark wheel orientation if using directional tyres and have spare wheels available during sessions.

Care, inspection and tuning notes

Clean glue residue with isopropyl alcohol and remove any mould flash from spokes. Replace foam inserts that show compression because changed inserts will affect tyre profile and steering response. For tuning, alter rear tyre width or compound gradually while maintaining consistent front tyres to assess handling changes.

Choose drift tyres specified for 24mm front rims and fit foam inserts to support bead seating and maintain tyre shape during slides.
You can try them on the rear for testing, but handling will shift. Match tyre compound and width to the rest of your setup to avoid unpredictable behaviour.
Ensure the wheel surface is clean, seat the tyre bead evenly and apply a light amount of adhesive. Keep glue away from the foam insert area and allow full cure.
Spin each wheel on a hub to check runout, confirm secure wheel-nut torque and inspect for even tyre-to-rim contact around the whole circumference.
Replace inserts when they compress noticeably or change tyre profile, as worn inserts will alter turn-in and overall drift behaviour.
