Mini Inferno 15T Delrin motor pinion

The DMIF015T Delrin 15T motor pinion is an aftermarket part for Kyosho Mini Inferno vehicles. It is intended to replace worn pinions and to enable small, controlled changes to gearing for handling and speed tuning.

Delrin provides low friction and stable geometry under normal model running conditions, suitable for the common motor types fitted to Mini Inferno rigs. When installing the pinion, confirm correct mesh and shaft alignment, secure the grub screw, and turn the drivetrain by hand to check for free rotation and absence of unusual contact.

Employ this gear as part of scheduled maintenance or while testing nearby tooth counts to tune acceleration versus top speed. Use thin shims to refine mesh if necessary and re-check after a short run. This product is supplied as an RC accessory for model use.

It is compatible with typical Mini Inferno motor shafts as a replacement pinion. Double-check shaft diameter and set screw position on your motor before installing.
Delrin is chosen for low friction and dimensional stability; under normal running and correct mesh it offers reliable service life compared with softer plastics.
Verify mesh with a paper strip, ensure the motor is seated properly, tighten the set screw without crushing the shaft, and run briefly to confirm no excess noise or heat.
