This rear damper tower is an aftermarket replacement for Kyosho Mini Inferno cars, including Mini Inferno 09 variants, and is intended for the rear shock mounting area. Installation is aimed at hobbyists familiar with Mini Inferno work: remove the original rear damper mount and fit the alloy tower, fastening it with the supplied screws as a 1pc set. The upgrade helps hold the shock mount steady under load, which keeps shocks tracking true and simplifies tuning decisions.
Use this part as a support for finer setup work rather than a single fix. With reduced flex at the attachment, spring and damper adjustments will show clearer differences, making it easier to refine suspension settings on varied surfaces.
