Alloy servo mount cover for Mini Inferno chassis

This alloy servo mount cover is an aftermarket replacement for Kyosho Mini Inferno models and carries the model number MIF026 from GPM. It is made to secure a standard-size servo while offering improved resistance to the deformation seen with the stock plastic cover.

The cover is machined from alloy to boost stiffness and maintain dimensional stability over time relative to the original plastic piece. It ships as a 1pc set with the necessary screws and uses the factory screw positions to fasten the servo assembly.

Fitting the cover is straightforward: remove the original plastic piece, align the servo and horn, fit the alloy cover and tighten the supplied screws. Once installed, verify horn clearance and link geometry so steering throw and servo travel remain correct.

For tuners, the stiffer mounting point reduces movement that can blur steering input, aiding consistent feedback and finer setup changes. Note that the cover does not modify servo electronics or geartrain and should be treated as a chassis durability and feel upgrade.
