This alloy motor spacer and matched gear set is supplied as 1 pr for Kyosho Mini-Z AWD platforms. It sets the motor pinion position to line up with the main spur on MR-03 AWD cars, improving gear mesh consistency during track sessions.

The kit includes an aluminium spacer plus three motor gear options and their corresponding main gear pairings as referenced in the title, allowing easy pinion swaps to alter final drive without changing the gearbox shell. The aluminium spacer holds alignment under load and is less likely to deform than stock plastic parts.

Fitting notes: remove the original motor mount components, install the alloy spacer between motor and chassis to achieve the correct pinion engagement, then install the chosen motor gear so it meshes cleanly with the selected main gear. Verify backlash and ensure smooth free rotation before powering the model. Use threadlocker where recommended and avoid forcing gear engagement.

Tuning effect: changing pinion and spur combinations adjusts acceleration versus top speed on micro tracks, while the spacer helps preserve a repeatable mesh across tuning changes. Intended for RC Mini-Z AWD race or practice use only.
