FET Cooling Plate and Crystal Mount for Mini-Z AWD

The combo mount provides a compact crystal bracket alongside a dedicated heatsink area designed for the constrained ESC boards of Kyosho Mini-Z AWD MR-03 cars. It aims to keep wiring neat while preserving the stock chassis layout.

Intended fitment is focused on MR-03 AWD electronics trays where the factory crystal position and ESC footprint allow for an add-on. The unit supports the crystal mechanically and offers a thermal path to help dissipate heat from nearby FETs during regular running.

Installation pointers: the assembly lines up with existing screw locations on the upper tray and needs simple disassembly of the radio/ESC region. Confirm antenna routing and that the crystal and wiring are not trapped. Use the original small hex screws or equivalents and verify clearance from moving parts before a maiden run.

Operational note: while not increasing power, this accessory improves day-to-day reliability by stabilising the crystal and cooling the FET area, which can reduce radio glitches and ESC thermal drift over multiple runs.
