Oval aluminium washer for RC gearboxes

This set contains two aluminium oval washers intended for RC Kyosho motorcycle gearbox assemblies. The non-circular profile is useful where offset or keyed mounting holes require a shaped washer to control shaft orientation and clearance.

As hobby parts, these alloy washers replace thin stamped pieces to give a steadier thickness and firmer seating, aiding gear mesh tuning, reducing side play, and helping alignment between spur and pinion gears in compact motorcycle gearboxes.

Installation is straightforward: clean the contact surfaces, align the oval washer to the keyed orientation, and reassemble the gearbox components making sure the washer lies flush. Verify mesh and endplay after final assembly and adjust if necessary.
