Low friction Delrin pinions for Kyosho bikes

Supplied as a 2 piece set, these Delrin motor gears come in 13T and 14T to serve as replacement pinions or to trial small changes to gear ratio on Kyosho motorcycle kits. Delrin reduces friction and can deliver a quieter mesh under light running conditions.

Choose the DKM135 13T or 14T pinion to alter gear ratio in small increments or to replace worn OEM plastic pinions. The material offers reasonable dimensional stability and wear resistance for typical hobby motor outputs and lets you fine tune performance without adjusting the spur gear.

Fitment advice: follow your chassis removal procedure to access the motor, slide the chosen Delrin gear on the motor shaft using the original retention, set proper mesh and axial alignment, check for free rotation, and reassemble. Inspect shaft and securing hardware for wear and ensure correct seating before powering up.
