Titanium front lower suspension pin for V One RRR Evo 64

This front lower suspension pin is an aftermarket replacement for KYOSHO V One RRR, V One SIII and V One RRR Evo 64 chassis, sold as model V3R-035B. Fabricated in titanium, the part serves as the lower pivot in the front suspension and provides enhanced corrosion resistance and improved fatigue life over standard steel pins.

The component fits where the lower arm meets the upright or hub carrier and is used to remove play that can negatively affect steering feel. Installation follows routine chassis service procedures and is suitable for the normal RC toolset.

Fitting instructions: remove the front uprights and lower arms according to your maintenance routine, press out the existing pin, install the titanium pin in the correct orientation and refit the original retaining hardware. Confirm wheel alignment and suspension travel on a bench before driving. Apply a small amount of light lubricant to mating areas if needed, avoiding heavy greases.

Setup advice: upgrading to a titanium lower pin can stabilise the pivot under load, offering steadier steering feedback during cornering. Use this pin as part of a comprehensive suspension inspection including bushings, bearings and arm geometry.

No modifications are normally required; the pin is designed to match the original geometry. Always check the fit against the existing pin before final installation.
Replacing the pin itself will not change ride height, but verify alignment after fitting since reduced play can alter perceived steering neutrality.
No special break-in is required; inspect after initial runs and retorque retainers if needed. Regular checks during maintenance will ensure long service life.
