These aluminum front C-hubs are a direct-fit replacement tailored to the Optima 2016 chassis. As a metal upgrade they reduce flex in the front mount area and give a more consistent platform for the steering knuckle and hub assembly.

Fitting uses the stock mounting points: remove the original carriers, transfer bearings and any shims, then secure the machined hubs with the model's existing hardware. No specialist RC-only tools are required beyond standard hex drivers for 1/10 scale models.

On the track, aluminium C-hubs help produce crisper turn-in and steadier mid-corner tracking by limiting unwanted movement at the front suspension pick-up. Use them when dialing in steering feel or improving repeatability for lap-to-lap setup changes.
