Stiffen TF6 Steering with the Kyosho TF218

The Kyosho TF218 Aluminum Steering Crank Post is a machined aluminium replacement designed to sharpen steering performance on TF6 cars. Its stronger material helps reduce wear and keeps steering actions consistent across sessions.

Built to Reduce Flex and Play

By replacing softer parts with aluminium, the TF218 lowers component movement under load and gives a firmer steering feel. This improves handling precision when navigating tight corners or high speed lines.

Engineered for TF6 Compatibility

Made with TF6 geometry in mind, the crank post installs without complex modification and works with standard linkages. The direct fit helps keep setup changes to a minimum during events.

Good Choice for Regular Tuners

For those who tweak electronic and mechanical setups, the Kyosho TF218 provides a stable mounting point that reduces the need for frequent readjustment. It is a sensible upgrade to preserve steering accuracy.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Most installs do not need extra shims, but check alignment and endplay after fitting. Small shim adjustments can fine tune steering geometry.
Aluminium is more durable than plastic, so the TF218 stands up better to bumpy conditions and repeated impacts, though shock loads should still be avoided.
Stiffer steering parts can transmit more force back to the servo; confirm your servo is rated for the load you plan to run to avoid overheating or strain.
