Stiff carbon rear stay for LAZER ZX7.5

The carbon rear shock stay is manufactured to fit the LAZER ZX7.5 and replaces the original rear shock tower to reduce flex and improve rear-end stability. As Kyosho LA418 it serves as a reinforcement between the shock mounts to increase chassis rigidity while keeping shock internals untouched.

Compatibility and role: this unit mounts to the LAZER ZX7.5 rear shock points and is aimed at 1/10 on-road rigs that need a firmer rear bulkhead to improve turn-in and cut progressive compliance. It is supplied as an accessory for model use only.

Installation notes: remove the current rear shock stay and refit your shocks and hardware onto the new carbon stay using the existing mounting holes. Torque fasteners to the vehicle's specified values, check clearance for shock shafts and nearby components, and verify symmetric fitment on both sides.

Tuning guidance: a firmer rear shock stay reduces chassis flex under load, resulting in sharper rear response and reduced squat on acceleration. You may need to tweak shock damping, spring rates, or anti-roll bar settings to maintain balanced handling.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The carbon construction is chosen for stiffness and impact resistance; however, severe impacts can still crack carbon, so inspect after any heavy contact.
Routine checks for fastener torque and hairline damage are recommended. Clean with mild detergent and avoid solvents that can weaken adhesives used in bonded parts.
It is more durable than many stock plastic towers, but repeated high-energy impacts may eventually cause damage; inspect regularly and replace if cracks appear.
