150mm LED extension cable details

The Yokomo SD-LW22L extension lead offers a fixed 150mm length with a 2P-to-2P connector, intended for small accessory and LED installations on scale RC models. It provides a straightforward way to connect light modules to receivers or power distribution points without modifying original plugs.

As a passive wiring accessory, the cord is meant to simplify repositioning of LED boards rather than function as an electronic component. When fitting, avoid routing the cable where it can be pinched or abraded by steering or suspension linkages, and secure it with cable ties to prevent movement during operation.

Choose this extension for modest additional reach for lights or small sensors, and always confirm connector orientation to prevent reverse polarity. The part is compatible with the DP-series chassis listed below.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This is a passive extension and will not change LED brightness under normal use. Keep cable runs short and connections secure to avoid voltage drop on longer or multiple extensions.
Route the lead away from moving parts and suspension arcs, use small ties to hold it snug to structural elements, and check clearance through the full travel of steering and suspension.
You can chain extensions but keep total length and connector quality in mind; each additional join increases the chance of poor contact or voltage drop, so minimise joins where possible.
